About Storate

Coming from a Sicilian family, the love of good food is in Salva’s DNA. Nevertheless, his first career initially took him into the world of investment banking, for which he has been hopping between London and Milan. Driven by his penchant for innovation and change management, he finally founded his first food start-up in 2015. The deeper he got into the industry, the more he realised the ills of wasting time, money and food. With the founding of Storate, Salva is committed to make the food industry more sustainable.
